We offer a next day delivery service on most products on our store
Although most of our parcels are delivered next day - please note this is not a guaranteed service.
WannaPack.com cannot be held accountable for late deliveries if the parcel has been dispatched in accordance to our terms - after this point we are in the hands of our couriers. Orders received after 5pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note at Bank Holidays orders placed after 5.00pm Friday and over the Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.
If you know you will not be at home to accept delivery, or simply need to “pop out” please leave our carrier a signed note as to where he can leave your order. Perhaps the shed, garage, porch or neighbour. If for some reason customer would fail to take delivery during the specified time, WannaPack.com is entitled to consider the order canceled and charge a re-stock fee, or if agreed in writing we may redeliver, but is entitled to charge a re-delivery fee. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time, which we quote for that item, please contact us by email or telephone. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them at your own cost within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund.

For any reason you cancel or refuse to accept delivery after your order is dispatched, we will refund your original purchase minus any return delivery costs after the parcel is returned.
Goods must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging to qualify for any refunds. We can arrange for the return of the goods, but we will charge you for the costs involved, unless the product is faulty. This charge also applies if you ask for an exchange. If you do want us to arrange collection please contact us and we will try to arrange a mutually convenient time. You can pay by any credit/debit card or paypal. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your card details will be encrypted. We currently debit money from your account the same day as completing and dispatching your order. If you order from our leaflet you can pay by any credit/debit card, or by cheque but we deliver your goods when the funds are cleared.

1. Delivery Terms
1.1 All orders received before 5pm selected for next day delivery will endeavour to despatched the same working day for next working day delivery.
1.2 Any date of delivery given by the Seller to the Buyer shall be an estimate date only and while the Seller will endeavour to comply with such date the Seller shall not be responsible for late delivery.
1.3 Orders received after 5pm will be despatched the next working day.
2. Delivery Attempts
2.1 Our standard business service is only one attempt delivery, with three delivery attempts on our standard home service.
2.2 On non-delivery a card will be left where access is possible indicating the local depot where your parcel can be collected. It is the customer's responsibility to rearrange the delivery or collect the order from the local depot.
2.3 The parcel will be held at your local hub for 5 days before being returned to sender.
3.1 If for any reason you are not entirely happy with any products bought from our online shop you may return them back to us.
3.2 Customers have the right to cancel their order up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To Cancel please email [email protected], telephone 0800 32 888 34 or write to us at our postal address.
3.3 If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. If you fail to return the goods or refuse to take delivery while in transit, we will collect/return the items to our warehouse and you will be charged for the direct cost of return/collection.
3.4 You can return a product hassle-free, within 30 days of the date on which you received it and we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. The product needs to be in an ‘as new’ condition and complete with all packaging and components. 3.5 You remain responsible for the cost of returning the items and we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery). This insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
3.6 If you return a product to us that is not in an ‘as new’ condition we reserve the right to return the product to you, or refund you in wannapack.com gift vouchers rather than credit your payment card.
4. Damaged Goods
4.1 In the unlikely event that you should receive damaged or faulty goods, please email [email protected] giving your full name and address, original date of purchase, & Paypal registered email address.
4.2 If you can attach a photograph showing the damage this will help to speed up your claim. One of our sales team will then contact you to discuss further and process any refunds required.
